The addition of two dormers, one for the dining area and one for Elena’s bedroom, allowed us to create a dynamic eat-in kitchen which is much more suited to the family’s lifestyle. The family also gained a valuable future basement bedroom by building the addition on a full foundation instead of a crawlspace. It’s amazing what you can do with just twelve feet!
